Website content is general information and may change without notice. Images can be illustrative. Destinations, schedules, inclusions, visa information, health requirements and supplier facilities must be confirmed for the exact service and travel date.
Quotations, prices and availability
- Submitting a form or receiving an initial quotation does not create a confirmed booking.
- Availability and price can change until GTC Travel issues written confirmation and any required payment is received.
- The selected market determines the displayed currency and local offering. Your quotation or invoice identifies the amount, currency, taxes, fees and included services that apply.
- Obvious pricing or content errors may be corrected before confirmation. We will not charge a corrected amount without informing you.
Your responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate traveler names, contact details, dates and document information by the stated deadline.
- Check passports, visas, entry, transit, vaccination, insurance and health requirements with the relevant authorities.
- Review all names, dates, routes, room types, baggage, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms before paying or confirming.
- Tell us promptly about accessibility, medical, dietary or other requirements. Acceptance depends on the supplier's ability to provide them.
- Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful material or submit false or fraudulent requests.
Payments
Payment schedules, accepted methods and due dates are stated in the relevant quotation or invoice. A booking may be cancelled by a supplier if a required payment is late. GTC Travel may perform reasonable verification or decline a transaction where fraud, sanctions or security concerns arise.
Third-party travel services
Airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour providers, insurers and other suppliers provide many of the services arranged through GTC Travel. Their conditions, operational decisions and lawful restrictions may apply. GTC Travel remains responsible for its own obligations and does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and disruptions
Schedules and services can be affected by supplier changes, weather, government measures, security events, strikes, system failures or other circumstances outside reasonable control. We will provide available options and assistance consistent with the booking terms, supplier rules and applicable law.
Intellectual property
The GTC Travel name, branding, website design and original content are protected. You may use the site for personal travel planning, but may not copy, resell, scrape, republish or commercially exploit it without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights where doing so is prohibited by law. Subject to that rule, responsibility is assessed according to the confirmed service, the role of GTC Travel and the applicable supplier and booking terms. Website access may occasionally be unavailable, and information should be independently confirmed before material travel decisions.
